Our commitment
We want Paidsley usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or voice control.
Standard we aim for
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target we work toward and measure against, not a certification.
What we've done
Semantic landmarks and a skip link; one h1 per page with a logical heading order; visible keyboard focus on every interactive control; full keyboard operability with focus-trapped dialogs that close on Escape; color contrast checked against AA; text resizable to 200% and layouts that reflow to a 320px viewport without horizontal scrolling; reduced-motion support; labeled form fields with announced errors; and alternative text on meaningful images.
Known limitations
Voice clock-in relies on your device's microphone and on speech recognition, which may not work equally well for every voice, accent, or speech pattern. Every voice action can also be completed by tapping, and confirmation is always shown as text before anything is recorded. We are continuing to test the employee app with assistive technology, and some areas of the admin portal have not yet completed a full audit.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of Paidsley is hard to use, contact support@paidsley.com or 760-239-9417. Tell us the page and what happened. We respond within 3 business days and will work with you to get you the information or function you need, including by an alternative method if a fix will take longer.
Enforcement
If we haven't resolved your concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at https://www.ada.gov/file-a-complaint/.
